Sand & cement

Leveling out a concrete sub-base is most common use of sand & cement floor screed, it is most beneficial if the sub-base is particularly uneven. Sand & cement floor screed is an excellent choice as a hard wearing and stable "final coat" floor finish.

Flow floor screeds

Flow, rapid, fast drying or ‘accelerated screeds’ are ideal for a project in which there is limited time to complete the application, this is usually because the floor needs to be available for use quickly.

Concrete floors

Concrete floors are extremely strong and durable and, when professionally installed and maintained, will last almost indefinitely. Concrete however, is very hard and cold underfoot and can be susceptible to moisture migrating up from the ground beneath. Concrete floors are, therefore, really beneficial when laid on a suitable damp-proof membrane over an existing concrete slab "foundation".

Latex floors

A perfect solution for application to uneven floors, leveling the surface to allow easy addition of final coverings such as ceramic floor tiles, carpet and vinyl. The protein-free composition of latex flooring, means that it is a perfect choice in environments where hygiene is a key factor such as medical facilities and food preparation areas.
